As the Continuous Improvement/Quality Manager, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest standards of quality across our processes. You will lead efforts to enhance efficiency, optimize quality assurance practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, with a strong background in quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

Familiarity in Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in operational performance.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

Detail-oriented with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous learning.

Expertise in ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standards and requirements, with experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 certification.
