Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Leominster, NA

Job Overview and key duties (agile)

What you will bring to the role:

Excellent communication skills including active listening.

Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.

Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

The ability to acknowledge and appropriately assist every customer in a timely manner.

Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines.

Attract potential customers by effectively presenting and discussing the products and services of the company.

The successful candidate will:

Be hardworking, a self-starter and a problem solver.

Have good mathematical skills.

Must be able to manipulate and format spreadsheets independently.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements.

Strong attention to detail.

Work with other departments within the company to ensure customer needs are met.

Understand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policies when providing quotes and estimates.

Additional information (including specialized qualifications / skills)

Essential experience and skills:

Minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience preferred.

Must be able to work effectively and independently as part of a team.

Can proficiently utilizing Microsoft Excel.

Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.

Enter and process customer orders in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner.

Review orders for accuracy.
