The Chimney Guys in Pataskala, OH is looking to hire a full-time Certified Chimney Sweep to travel to our clients' homes to complete routine maintenance and perform any needed repairs. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CERTIFIED CHIMNEY SWEEP

As a Certified Chimney Sweep, you play a critical role in ensuring our company performs optimally. Out in the field, you are responsible for keeping services running smoothly. You clean fireplaces and provide excellent customer service while educating customers on proper use. From start to finish, you are the main point of contact with the customer. You work in many positions within our company ranging from being a part of an installation or masonry crew to driving the service truck. You take great pride in helping our company keep people safe, happy, and warm!

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience

a Certified Chimney Sweep carrying a nationally accredited certification from CSIA, NCSG, CCP, or NFI.

Valid driver's license

Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Can you manage your time well and effectively prioritize tasks? Are you passionate about quality control? Do you present yourself professionally? Can you explain technical information clearly and in layman's terms? Are you friendly and able to establish a good rapport with people easily? Do you take pride in your work? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!

WORK SCHEDULE

The typical work schedule for this position is 8-hour shifts and 40-50 hours a week.
