Lead UX System Designer

Job Title: Lead UX Designer

Position Type: Permanent- Full Time

Location: Remote- Makati, Philippines

Salary Range / Rate (Currency): Open

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other team members in a squad with other stakeholders to improve existing features and bring new concepts to life.

Translate complex user/business goals into simple, beautiful and user-friendly solutions.

Teach UX best practices, and help define internal processes.

Create customer flow-charts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes with InVision that represent final products or layouts.

Create intuitive interfaces that optimize user interaction and experience.

Help to develop style guide documentation along with a digital asset library to support our DSM (Design System Manager).

Evangelize UX and Design thinking throughout the organization.

Stay abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

Communicate design ideas and prototypes to

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role(s)

Strong portfolio of design projects, and/or case studies

Proficient in design software (e.g. Sketch, Invision, Adobe Suite)

Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus

Problem-solving aptitude
