Litigation Paralegal

Commercial Litigation Paralegal Entrepreneurial 90+ attorney law firm with a dynamic complex commercial litigation practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal.

The successful candidate with 3+ years of experience will assume an immediate key role in highly diversified business and fiduciary litigation matters.

Candidate must also possess a Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate; effective verbal communications; advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with Relativity, Casemap, Nuance, and similar programs is critical and required; experience with and knowledge of gathering and processing electronically stored information ("ESI"), including current knowledge on current ESI protocols in state and federal court for various devices is critical and required; substantive document review and basic discovery drafting skills, with attorney supervision and guidance, are also critical and required.

The selected candidate must be able to successfully fulfill the following job responsibilities: Assisting attorneys in trial preparation by assistance with creation of demonstratives and courtroom presentation/support; Assisting attorneys in the discovery process by drafting discovery requests and responses; preparing and assembling production documents, scheduling and summarizing depositions, and related duties; Assisting attorneys with new cases by analyzing documents, preparing chronologies, and obtaining necessary documentation from third parties; and Other job-related duties as assigned.
