1) Good experience in Siebel configuration, scripting, workflows and EAI.
2) Experience in Siebel server management, batch processing, EIM and RCRs.
3) Exposure to reporting tools.
4) Experience in ticket, problem and change management in Service Now or similar tools.
5) Experience in debugging issues, scanning Siebel logs and finding RCA.
6) Experience in Application Maintenance (Production Support)
