We are currently looking for a BCBA to supervise CBTs and implement quality ABA programs. The BCBA will help ensure compliance with BACB standards and ensure best practices during treatment delivery. The right candidate is organized and detail oriented.

Base Salary: $72,000
ResponsibilitiesAs a BCBA, you will:
* Administer, conduct, evaluate and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland) and functional assessment measures.
* Develop individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs; based on functional assessment results and data.
* Develop and complete comprehensive written individual treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
* Create recommendations for comprehensive services.
* Adhere to insurance regulations and authorized services per client
* Submit individual behavior plans and other required documents to insurance companies and referring providers for reauthorizations every 6 months or as or as required.
* Submit plans for review to the Clinical Director 30 days prior to expirationRequired SkillsMinimum Qualifications:
BCBA certification
License in WA
Master's degree
Ability to supervise and train others
Reliable means of transportation and valid driver’s license
Must pass criminal background check
Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships
Able to work in a variety of environments including home, clinic, community and school settings
Precision Teaching Experience
BACB supervision requirement metPreferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication and writing skills
Experience with Naturalistic Teaching Models such as Pivotal Response Training
Bilingual and/or bicultural background, a plus
