Are you an Optometrist looking for an exciting opportunity in a warm and friendly environment? Pullen and Symes Opticians is seeking a part-time or full-time Optometrist to join our fun-loving and experienced team.

With a reputation for excellence, we offer a range of treatments including myopia control, Ortho K and dry eye clinics, ensuring our patients receive the best care possible.

This post would suit anyone with children since holidays can be taken in the school holidays and there is also flexibility to take up to 2 weeks unpaid leave.We understand how important family time is and to achieve the correct work/life balance

No Sundays or bank holidays. Alternate Saturdays are rotated

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive eye examinations

Providing expert advice on vision care and eyewear

Contact Lens fitting and checks

Performing specialised treatments such as Ortho K and dry eye services (Training will be provided for this and it’s a highly rewarding area of expertise)

Building strong relationships with patients and providing exceptional customer service.

Collaborating with our warm and friendly team to deliver outstanding care

Requirements:

Degree in Optometry and registration with the General Optical Council

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Passion for delivering high-quality eye care services
