JR49113 NCG 2024 - IT EA SAP ERP FG/LE business analyst

An IT Business Analyst for the SAP FG & Logistics Solutions team, you will be part of an Agile project team using the Agile / Scrum methodologies, Working in an interactive environment while working closely with business partners. You will work to design and configure new systems or improve existing systems, write design documentation, functional specifications, and testing/training scenarios and will evaluate processes for alignment opportunities. You will provide perspective on new functionality estimation, analysis, design and testing and define application requirements by collaborating with the Global Assembly & Test business partners and other members of the project teams.

Responsibilities:

These include, but are not limited to, the following:

Partner with FG & Logistics area SMEs to design SAP solutions to address business needs

Work with team to analyze, design, build software solution throughout the development life cycle and learn business processes, system functionalities.

Meet with business product owners and solution architect to analyze requirements, address business issues and provide solutions

Follow the software development lifecycle to design, test, implement Software Changes

Provide detailed documentation for all aspects of program development from business process, functional design, technical details in use.

Provide functional and process guidance on system capabilities and solution approaches

Work within cross-functional teams (Operations areas, other SCRUM teams, SC, PMO) to drive successful deployments

Qualifications & Skills:

You should have good analytical and problem-solving skills and be highly motivated. You need a good work ethic and the capability to work independently and in teams. Good communication, computer skills, and presentation skills are advantageous.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).

Experience or knowledge in SAP ERP, .NET Core, C#, SQL and Object Oriented Programming is a bonus.

Education and Experience:

B.S. / B.B.A in Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or equivalent work experience is required.
