Role Overview:

As a Client Happiness Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth through client advocacy.

Gross monthly compensation: 975 US Dollars.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Organizing quarterly business reviews with clients.

Managing client satisfaction surveys for improvement insights.

Providing friendly, accurate, and timely client support.

Handling administrative tasks.

Maintaining client records.

Other client-related tasks as needed.

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have the following:

1 year of related experience and/or a related degree.

Advanced/native-level English skills (both written and spoken).

A client-focused mindset.

Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Commitment to confidentiality.

Problem-solving skills.
