KMC Active Coach

Description: Looking for a dynamic coach to lead KMC Active CrossFit classes across various class times to meet the needs of our membership. Significant experience needed as a CrossFit participant and/or coach, be engaging & personable and possess the leadership skills necessary to train a wide variety of people. Reports to the Manager of KMC Active. Leads CrossFit and related program classes consistent with the Manager's instruction, ensures the safety of participants, is a successful motivator and represents KMC Active well. Position will work a minimum of 32 hours per week.

Qualifications:

Education in one of the following fields: Exercise Science, Kinesiology or Athletic Training

Level 1 or higher trainer preferred but not required for hire. Will be required to obtain L1 designation within 6 months after hire.
