Night Concierge High End Residential Building

Job Title: Night Concierge : Private Residential Apartments : London Salary: Up to A GBP 29,000 Location: London I am on the lookout for a Night Concierge to join this Private Residential Apartment building in London.

My client is looking for an experienced Concierge from either hotel or luxury residential background.

As Concierge you will be the first point of contact for the residents, guests, and contractors so we are looking for someone with impeccable customer service skills.

About the position * Meet and greet the residents and guest on arrival * Direct and coordinate contractors, post, deliveries, guest requests and bookings * Assist the residents with travel arrangements and bookings * Ensure that any maintenance issues are resolved and reported * Provide a 5: star service * 7pm : 7am * 5 on 2 off followed by 2 on 5 off The successful candidate * At least 3 years previous experience in luxury apartments or hotels * Must be well presented with flawless communication skills * Strong knowledge of London and the local area * Fluent in English, both written and spoken * Be willing to go the extra mile If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to social corecruitment/ facebook/COREcruitmentDOTcom/ Tweet us COREcruitment
