We are seeking Customer Service Representatives & Administrative Assistants for a facility here in the Arlington area!
Schedules:
Monday-Friday (8am-4:30pm)
Training Hours: 9am - 3:30pm
Pay: $17.50
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues regarding products or services
- Enter customer information and interactions accurately into the database
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products, services, and policies
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & strong Excel Skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving
- Team environment & can also work independently.
