Job Description

Have knowledge of and ability to instruct others on employment related soft skills topics, how to follow daily lesson plans and make adjustments for student learning, and utilize assigned curriculum with fidelity.

Ability to demonstrate proficiency in and teach others to utilize effective teaching methods.. Methods include but are not limited to the following learning methods: Differentiation, direct instruction, cooperative and collaborative learning, experiential learning, and online learning.

Conduct assigned trainings as directed. Ensure good two-way communication with trainees, points of contact, and supervisor. Able to implement good interpersonal skills, critical thinking and proactive problem solving.

Complete instruction on data collection. Implements and audits other's data collection with potential agencies for accuracy, timeliness, and comprehensiveness.

Attend and actively participate in required training, stakeholder team meetings and supervision meetings. Keeps up to date industry trends.

Must be able to travel to assigned agencies to provide training which may be over multiple days and/or outside the region. Travel may be up to 75% of job requirements.
