Job Description
The Sales Support Specialist will provide front line customer service to all Platt Insurance clients as well as coordinate a variety of office management functions. Proactively work with the team to relentlessly support the Account Managers and overall agency operations. Specific duties include answering and routing phone calls, data entry, mailing, and office management, including marketing support, purchasing and bookkeeping. Based out of Howland office location.
