Location: Conyers, GA

Salary: Based on Experience

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The Customer Service/Inside Sales position will be working with the sales, CAD, and production teams to help grow MGM Products. The Estimator/Inside Sales teammate will participate in client and prospect meetings as well as work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and other corporate resources. You will grow our national footprint by bringing in new business and developing repeat business relationships with our existing accounts. This will require that you call on engineers, contractors, administrators, purchasing, and others to determine their needs through a consultative approach. This position provides leadership to achieve and maintain the highest standards of quality, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and service at the most competitive cost in support of company goals.

Job Duties:

Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up, negotiate terms, and close transactions.

Continuous analysis to assure products are priced and quoted accurately and adhere exactly to the customer's specifications and/or stated requirements.

Address customer complaints expediently, follow up on outstanding orders, and make emergency calls, night calls, and deliveries as required.

Provide production team and purchasing accurate material lists when purchase order is converted to sales order to ensure material availability.

Successfully manage significant client escalations and issues.

Conduct sales and service activities, develop strong customer relationships, identify product applications, and introduce new products and services.

Accurate reporting on sales and quoting activity to management.

Actively monitor demand generation activities.

Participate in initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement.

Assist in the successful development and execution of sales campaigns alongside outside sales team and marketing.

Develop required Corporate relationships and Executive engagement to support success.

Achieve sales and profit goals by developing and retaining existing customers and by landing new business.

Skills/Qualifications:

5 years experience in Estimation or Inside Sales preferred. HVAC industry, sheet metal and CAD experience is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills to help create positive outcomes.

Masterful in client engagement and ability to positively impact how customers do business in an ever-changing environment.

Excellent communication skills with both external and internal customers.

Excellent negotiation skills with a strong drive for results.

Ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, team environment.

Proven experience and success in building repeat business and managing customer accounts.

Mechanical aptitude, mathematically inclined, strong desire to succeed, sense of urgency, & sense of humor.

Computer skills and knowledge, including Excel, Access, and strong business acumen.

Can collaborate and influence in a "win as a team" environment.

Is a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues.
