Salary:

Altura is hiring Level 1 & 2 Composite Technicians. Pay starting at $23-$36/hour for well qualified candidates. This is a full-time position with competitive pay, full benefits, and an opportunity to build a rewarding career with ALTURA. A strong belief in safety and teamwork are a must, along with a good level of fitness and strong work ethics. Positions would require travel to various jobsites throughout the USA.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience with Spider platforms would be considered a plus.

Ability and comfort with working at considerable heights (in excess of 250 feet).

Hands on blade repair experience would be considered a plus.

Experience applying LEP would be considered a plus.

LPS testing would be considered a plus.

Valid Drivers License.

Must be willing to travel.

Pre-employment background checks.

Drug & alcohol testing required.

Requires high level of physical fitness.

Strong safety culture.

Must be eligible for work in the US.

Year-round work available.

GWO certs would be considered a plus.

Competitive per diem rates.

Physical Requirements:

Move, carry, and lift objects 50 lbs. or more.

Must be able to walk, stand, bend, reach, and climb.

Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
