As the Vault Manager you’ll support the critical inventory operations within our cannabis cultivation facility. This pivotal role ensures meticulous management of inventory, optimizing processes to control costs, reconcile stock, and maximize working capital.

What does the day-to-day look like?

You’ll be executing robust inventory control measures to minimize holding and maximize tracking accuracy. You will oversee the receipt and management of incoming products, ensure raw materials are readily available for production, and maintain seamless track and trace records for all products leaving the facility. Each day involves conducting and managing audits, resolving discrepancies swiftly, and providing crucial training to address audit deficiencies. You'll also liaise with various department heads to underscore the importance of inventory accuracy and perform regular physical inventory counts. Your role is essential in developing strategies for inventory turnover and product-level goals, as well as handling obsolete or poor-selling items efficiently.

You'd be an great fit if you:

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Have a minimum of one year of experience in cannabis inventory management using METRC, coupled with 2 years in warehouse management, audit, or inventory control.

Possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Are detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and the ability to implement effective inventory management strategies.

Have excellent communication skills and the capacity to train and lead a team in high-standard inventory processes.

Can work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
