HR Generalist / Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Job Description

Are you a hands-on HR Generalist with strong payroll processing, benefits administration, vendor management and enjoy partnering with small HR and Finance teams to deliver a variety of HR programs and services? Global gaming company known to invest in employees and promote from within may need you to fill a key role on their team. As this is a hybrid role, only CA residents will be considered.

What you will do:

Process semi-monthly payroll and manage data integrity in Paylocity

Lead employee benefits renewal, administration and vendor management

Partner with HR Director and Finance on workforce planning, headcount reporting, forecasting and budgeting

Contribute to compensation benchmarking during hiring and forecasting

Partner with colleagues on employee performance review process

Support HR team with additional projects as needed

What we’re looking for:

Hands on HR Generalist with expertise in timely and accurately processing payroll, reporting, benefits administration and vendor management

Strong HR systems data integrity and reporting skills

Strong analytical skills contributing to workforce planning, forecasting and budgeting

Experience in performance review program and process

Team player with a business partner mindset

Flexibility to pitch in on other projects as needed
