Job Title: Concrete Restoration Estimator

Location: Greater Toronto Area

Experience: 2+ years in Concrete Restoration and Estimating

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Concrete Restoration Estimator with a minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in concrete restoration and estimating. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in the Greater Toronto Area.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed estimates for concrete restoration projects, including but not limited to parking garages, balconies, waterproofing, and building envelope projects.

Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.

Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.

Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete restoration and estimating.

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in relevant estimating software.
