Skills and Responsibilities.

• Provide comprehensive remote or in-store support and training on the Pharmacy System and other pharmacy software to pharmacy teams in Shoppers Drug Mart.

• Validate that all business requirements have been met before opening store on the Pharmacy System

• Finding opportunities related to the adoption of the Pharmacy system and workflow and other Enterprise pharmacy initiatives

• Liaison with Pharmacy Enhanced Support, Rx Operations, Regional, and Corporate Personnel as required

• Maintain detailed reporting of technical deficiencies encountered during week of launch

• Good years retail pharmacy experience in either a Shoppers Drug Mart.

• Ability to travel and work last minute travel assignments (80% travel within BC and 20% rest of Canada)

• Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends) and within a fast-paced and demanding schedule.

• Possess a valid Driver’s License

• Must take initiative and be able to work with little supervision

• Individual must be meticulous with program artifacts and processes
