Location: Toronto

Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in local office)

THE POSITION

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sourcing Partner with a strong background in the semiconductor industry. As a key member of our Global talent acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent for our top semiconductor clients with a Global presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, a deep understanding of semiconductor roles as well as the recruiting markets in the US, Canada and India, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, global environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Minimum 2 years of semiconductor industry sourcing and 3 years of overall recruitment experience.

Develop and deliver learning materials for niche semiconductor positions and create a global sourcing strategy for various skill sets.

Deliver training in English and Hindi on sourcing strategies and technology knowledge.

Expert knowledge of US, Canadian, and Indian semiconductor markets.

Experience in agency, RPO, and early career hiring.

2 years of account management skills, including weekly updates and negotiations.

3 years of upselling services to clients and creating marketing materials.

Proficiency in LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Blind for social media.

Competent in various ATS and VMS systems, including Beeline and ICIMS.

Technical skills with Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, AI tools, and photoshop.

Ability to lead and motivate a team towards exceeding personal and team KPIs.

Data manipulation, presentation, and reporting skills for clients.

Knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Dice, and Google X-ray searching.

Understanding financial budgets, forecasting fees, and meeting targets.

Excellent interpersonal skills for interactions with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in research and market mapping techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous recruitment experience is a nice to have.

You are goal-oriented, purposeful in building new and existing relationships, competitive but thrive in a team environment with the self-motivation to make things happen.

Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management/Personnel Administration with a GPA of 3.7 or higher.

Postgraduate degree in International/Global Studies with a GPA of 3.8 or higher.

Knowledge of Global Trade Law and Global Business Perspectives.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance management.

COMPENSATION:

At Hays, we offer a dynamic and high-performing work environment where our uncapped commission structure surpasses industry standards. The salary for this role consists of a base salary of $65,000 - $68,000 with a bonus structure in the first year.
