Empower employees with autonomy and hold them accountable for meeting departmental and personal objectives by providing clear communication and constructive feedback.
Ensure the profitability and efficiency of Service and Installation Operations by optimizing processes related to maintenance, repair, and installation management.
Drive the formulation and realization of annual business plans, operating budgets, and labor efficiencies by refining and developing processes.
Establish and execute goals within the Service and Installation Operations, overseeing planning, coordination, and direction to ensure desired outcomes.
Oversee safety protocols and initiatives, including inspections, incident reporting, and safety meetings, in accordance with senior management directives.
Monitor and assess sales activities within the branch, aligning competitiveness with profitability through market-specific strategies, and mentor sales personnel for optimal performance.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in a service environment
Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing a team.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Proven ability in increasing sales and profitability
Proven ability in managing and motivating a remote workforce
