Raise Workforce has partnered with a well established Heavy Equipment parts and service shop that is working to support the local Industrial industries in the area.

To be successful in this role, you will have hands-on off-road experience, and a strong understanding of how to run a business including customer pay experience, quoting and managing a P&L.

What you will be doing...

Create and maintain an accurate and realistic branch budget

Develop short and long-term store business plans; set and track the sales objectives.

Focus on mentoring their staff and offering clear and effective leadership.

Manage a sales representative, setting goals and expectations.

Delivery of a high-quality customer experience in their own sales territory, calling on customers and looking for new sales opportunities.

Work with General Manager to set pricing strategies to maximize both sales and gross margin in the branch region.

Manage a team of Parts and Customer Service people focusing on best in class customer service, improved business processes and hands on involvement.

Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Willing to be on call as required.

Deal with branch human resource issues, ensure employees are complying with company policies.

Ensure a safe and efficient work environment for all branch personnel.

Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Work with senior management on the introduction of new product lines.

Attend trade shows and events as required.

Available to travel as required.

Work closely with General Manager of Service on all technical, service and warranty issues.

Full P&L responsibilities including expense and bottom-line management.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum 5 years managing experience

Strong knowledge in heavy equipment parts

Proficient in Microsoft Office- Excel, Word and Outlook
