In this role you will be responsible for managing schedules and coordinating meetings to providing top-notch support to their team. Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Assist with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.

Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Manage office supplies stock and place orders as necessary.

Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.

Welcome and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.

Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant, preferably in the oil and gas sector.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Must have oil and gas sector experience

Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
