Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of production workers to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules and reaching volume, quality cost and EHS goals.

1.Ensure that the production on the shift provides products to our customers on time with the correct quantity and potency, which is produced at the most effective cost and optimal process efficiencies .

2.Supervise the daily manufacturing operations on a shift, ensure the compliance with GMP, SOP, 6S and EHS requirements.
