Requirements to apply:

At least 3+ years of construction experience managing commercial projects- Preferably on ground up/new construction (we will also look at renovations/interior finish out PMs, as we have a couple of projects that match this description.)

Construction software experience or proficiency

Live in San Antonio Texas, or surrounding areas. (or re-locating from other regions)

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding- pre-con, to execution through to finish-out/handoff. You will be the point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities

Oversee all stages of project life cycle.

Manage project budget.

Provide timely status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications/skills:

Strong organizational and project management skills

Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints.

Detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
