Key Task and Responsibilities
All aspects of production including, but not limited to: print, radio, TV, video, event, and digital
Work with creative development, producers and vendors
Research, logistics, planning and execution
Scheduling and booking talent
Archive and maintain video, photos, and other media
Concept development
Database entry and various administrative tasks
Work with and reconcile budgets for multiple projects/programs
Work with accounts team to develop scope of work
Build working relationship with organizations and vendors
Negotiates contracts with vendors
Organize travel arrangements as necessary
Reconcile all project/program accounting and issue event evaluation summary report
Maintain data base of all vendors
