LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead the HR department with expertise and commitment. As the HR Manager, you'll be tasked with overseeing the implementation and management of HR programs and policies, ensuring strict compliance with employment laws, and aligning with the organization's strategic objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including counseling, performance management, and termination decisions.

Manage payroll operations efficiently.

Conduct recruitment activities, including job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and background checks.

Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.

Continuously scout for top talent to build a talent pipeline for future growth.

Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to benefits, policies, and procedures, and assisting managers in resolving personnel issues.

Develop initiatives to enhance employee morale and productivity.

Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Manage all employee benefit programs, including the Wellness Program.

Assist in the development and updating of company HR policies and procedures.

Update and create job descriptions as needed.

Conduct timely performance evaluations for all positions within the company.

Maintain company organization charts and employee directory accurately.

Experience with ADP Workforce Now is desirable.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Proven experience in HR management or a similar role.

SPHR/PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP certification.

5+ years of experience in recruiting and HR.

2+ years of experience as an HR Manager

Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

$70,000-$75,000
