The Admissions & International Coordinator is a results-oriented professional who manages the day-to-day operations of the admissions office, coordinates all aspects of the International program and assists with admission-related activities. This person will also provide assistance with the elementary student enrollment efforts as needed.

Admission Coordinator Duties:

Responsible for all administrative tasks including filing, mailings, answering phones and emails

Perform data entry into admissions database, including entry of new student intakes, tracking of applications, international, and registration documents, etc.

Manage and coordinate the Crusader for the Day Shadow program.

Process all high school and international applications along with supporting materials.

Conducts admission tours and is knowledgeable of the school’s mission and attributes.

Assists with the planning and implementation of all admission events

Ability to work with professionalism and a positive attitude in high volume and stressful situations.

Assists Elementary program as needed.

Manage inventory and supplies of admission materials and giveaways

Other duties as assigned.

International Admission Coordinator Duties:

Point person for all International related constituents internally and externally.

Identify new agency partnerships with the goal of increasing international enrollment.

Act as liaison between agencies, host families, guidance office and international students.

Process all I-20’s and international paperwork. Keep detailed records

Understand and become a subject matter expert with the SEVIS system and laws governing international exit and entry.

Work with Marketing Coordinator to develop collateral for international program.

Manage the International student buddy program.

Other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the International Program.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree and 2-3 years in an educational setting, customer service, or sales preferred. Experience with event planning is also a plus.

Outstanding customer service skills

Familiarity with international student programs and I-20s is preferred.

Strong organizational, detail-oriented, communication and written skills required.

Reliable, punctual, and confidentiality of student applicants required

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and Google sheets. Knowledge of CRM systems preferred.

This position is a 30-35 hours a week position with benefits from 7:30AM - 2:30PM M-F with occasional nights and weekends during admission season.
