Buyer / Planner / Purchasing

Who You Are:

3+ years in planning, buying, and purchasing for manufacturing or related industries, having managed hundreds to thousands of parts across multiple locations.

A true team player who values humility and open communication, ready to grow and accept feedback.

Strong history of handling high-volume purchasing and planning across multiple sites.

What You’ll Do:

Plan and Purchase: Manage the procurement of assigned products or materials, ensuring optimal cost and inventory management while minimizing risks.

Manage the buying process of 100’s of products for multiple sites. This is not buying for the main company - you are supporting 10+ sites, each with different product needs.

Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating favorable terms and managing contracts effectively.

Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels using our advanced ERP system, ensuring availability and safety stock levels are maintained.

Qualifications:

3+ Years Experience in Planning, Purchasing, Supply Chain or Inventory

Multi-location buying experience - buy/plan for 5X companies

History of handling high volume of parts, invoices, sites

Compensation: $60-75k 10% bonus
