Qualifications
5+ years’ of commercial construction experience with large sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering highly preferred
Proficiency in developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, and managing project budgets and cost control.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential for managing relationships with stakeholders while supervising subcontractors and vendors.
Experience monitoring MEP system installation and start-up, commissioning projects, and leading the MEP team and trade partners throughout all project stages is required.
This is a direct-hire role, and relocation is available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
Supervise all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors and vendors
Coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and manage change orders and RFIs
Monitor installation and start-up of MEP systems, and commission projects with engineers and owners
Manage and lead the MEP team and trade partners from groundbreaking through commissioning and turnover to the owner
