Our Salesforce Associate Consultant will help with supporting a wide range of business processes, systems, and data projects. The ideal candidate is excited to sharpen their Salesforce experience and isn’t afraid of a challenge. You will work closely with our team of consultants to design, implement, and support systems that exceed our clients’ needs.

YOU DO:

Leverage a strong understanding of Salesforce (multi-cloud) capabilities

Engage with your DCS team and clients via email/slack, video chats, or in-person meetings

Play an active role in configuring the solution and supporting the development team for any custom development required

Work with our clients and all stakeholders to build clear use cases and a development strategy for each engagement

Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information; recommend leading practices; and present associated technical process components

YOU HAVE:

1 - 4 years of relevant experience

1+ years of Salesforce configuration experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field

Experience with Microsoft Excel

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Ability to work on multiple client accounts while paying strict attention to detail

Experience in consulting preferred
