Hardhat is currently hiring an experienced Asset Manager to be part of the mechanical division for a large construction firm.

The Asset Manager is responsible for:

Reviewing energy usage on a daily basis for the facility to provide guidance, best practices and modifications of current operations.

Mentor Owners on energy strategies.

Developing and maintaining the plant operating Manual and supply training.

Assist the EPC team with the Coordination of engineering, Procurement and construction activities.

Managing the Central Energy Plant Operation and maintenance including subcontractors, operators and internal service providers.

Required qualifications:

4 years of experience relevant to the industry in managing multiple sites/ 4 years of management experience in a central plant or facility, or 4 years of experience in mechanical construction with a large mechanical subcontractor or MEP design consultant

Well versed in building codes and associated standards.
