Title: Construction Project Coordinator
Location: Apopka, FL (onsite 5 days a week)
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in construction industry
- Experience handling admin tasks - scheduling, calendar, filing, expenses, phone calls, etc
- Experience with material coordination
- Proficient in MS Suite Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
Description:
This client is a construction company that specialize in commercial construction. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to support an office in Apopka, FL. This person will sit onsite 5 days per week and work M-F 8-5pm EST. They will be supporting a construction project they currently have and will need to be comfortable with project costs/estimates, coordinating with vendors/sub contractors, assisting PM with project details, etc.
