We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to oversee digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, website management, digital advertising and social media. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for driving results through innovative digital campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills and technical expertise to optimize their online presence and drive customer engagement.

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention

Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation and performance analysis

Oversee website management, including content updates, SEO optimization and user experience enhancements

Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram

Create and curate engaging content for social media channels to enhance brand visibility and foster community engagement

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and optimize campaign performance

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to drive continuous improvement

Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, website management, digital advertising and social media.

Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite)

Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels

Proven track record of driving results through successful digital marketing campaigns

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior is a plus
