UI Tech BA

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a UI Tech BA for an opportunity with a client located in Jacksonville, FL.

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for assessing policies, procedures, and operations to ensure the organization meets privacy requirements. They will work with stakeholders to determine requirements derived from privacy legislation. Individuals in this role will collaborate with a variety of groups to manage the workflow from privacy requirements to technical deliverables. Individuals in this role possess a working knowledge of the business/technical domain and the main applications within that domain.

Responsibilities:

Determine project scope documentation and identify/refine requirements.

Track and report on project status/deliverables and produce project artifacts.

Understanding stakeholders needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem.

Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.

Provide subject matter expertise within the business / technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions.

Ensure changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or experience in a related field.

5 years of data analyst experience

Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical data requirements for developers.

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work, manage complexity, and deliver solutions on deadlines.

Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work with the stakeholders to understand the concerns, risks, and issues.

Acting as a liaison between the business and its information (IT) department

Demonstrated passion for intellectual curiosity and accuracy as well as the ability to research issues and identify root causes and patterns.
