Trusts & Estates Attorney

I am currently working with a Senior Partner at a leading regional law firm, who is actively looking to hire a trusts & estates attorney to join their practice group in St. Louis.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with Partners across the firm's practice group on a broad range of sophisticated transactions.

You will focus on tax and wealth planning for high-net worth individuals and families.

Research tax issues associated with various types of transactions including disclaimers, gifts, bequests, lifetime gifts and income tax consequences.

Qualifications and Requirements

JD achieved at an accredited law school.

Minimum of 5 years of private client experience.

Strong academics.

Licensed to practice in Missouri.

Strong writing and case management skills.
