We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work for a leader in the financial industry. This person will be responsible for making 50-60 inbound client calls each day. The responsibilities will also include scheduling adherences, breaks, and lunches for clients. They will also help find solutions for any complex problems that these Hight Net Worth clients with 250K+ assets are dealing with. Overall, they will be creating high customer loyalty and provide great customer support!

They need to do 50+ inbound phone call to clients

Structured/Repetitive environment

Consistently deliver efficient, high-quality, and comprehensive service to clients with $250k + assets

Take ownership in the resolution of simple problems and triage complex situations

Accurately perform client assistance with managed accounts and other complex trades

Requirements:

Series 7 license that is NOT expiring within the next 90 days

Great customer service and communication skills, building rapport with customers

Understanding of based knowledge of financial planning concepts

Ability to work in a high inbound call role

Desire to grow long term with the company

Comfortable with the shift requirements below

SALARY: 57,000K-62,500K + 10K variable bonus paid out quarterly ($2,500 paid out every 3 months) Total compensation: 67K -72,500K
