IT Systems Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows environments, Office 365, VMware, Azure, and SQL databases. This role involves managing hybrid domain controllers, deploying and integrating Azure services, supporting SharePoint/Teams, and overseeing email protection with Mimecast. Additionally, the IT Systems Administrator will handle device management using Intune, facilitate app integrations in Azure, and support the transition from landline to Teams phones.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Windows servers and workstations
Administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
Deploy and manage virtualized environments using VMware
Architect, implement, and optimize solutions on the Azure platform
Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL database systems
Support hybrid domain controllers and facilitate migration to Azure SaaS
Oversee email protection with Mimecast
Manage device deployment and Mobile Device Management (MDM) with Intune
Facilitate app integrations in Azure
Support the transition from landline to Teams phones
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT issues efficiently
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proficiency in Windows, Office 365, VMware, Azure, and SQL
Experience with hybrid domain controllers and Azure SaaS migration
Familiarity with Mimecast, Intune, and JIRA preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
