The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing HR functions such as employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance with HR policies and practices. Company: Our client offers a network of high-speed charging stations conveniently located in urban areas, along highways, and at retail locations, enabling EV owners to charge their vehicles quickly and efficiently while on the go.

Responsibilities:

Address employee inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement.

Implement and monitor adherence to HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Manage and design benefits programs and structures, including health insurance and retirement plans, ensuring they meet employee needs and align with budgetary constraints.

Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources.

Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to handle sensitive matters diplomatically.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
