Overview:

We partner with clients to identify, assess, and introduce the top candidates in their respective fields.

Position Summary:

As a Recruiter, you will leverage your 1 to 3 years of experience in executive search, recruitment or sales to identify top talent for our clients. Working closely with our delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the interview process to final placement.

Role Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruiting strategies for clients across diverse industries and positions.

Utilize your experience in cold calling to proactively source candidates.

Collaborate with internal departments to cultivate a prospective candidate pool.

Craft compelling pitches to attract candidates to our pipeline.

Assess candidates; knowledge, skills, and abilities through interviews to match the best fit for open roles.

Provide recruitment reports to internal teams and clients as needed.

Build rapport with stakeholders to upsell candidates and clients on additional opportunities.

Demonstrate a strategic and agile mindset to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results.

Achieve KPIs set by the head of delivery.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1 to 3 years of experience in executive search, recruitment or sales.

Demonstrated success in cold calling techniques for candidate sourcing.

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.

Organized multitasker with excellent communication skills.

Team-oriented mindset with a desire to excel in a performance-based environment.

Location:

This position is based in our Philadelphia office, requiring on-site presence for the first 6 months. Afterward, a hybrid work model of 2 days from home and 3 days in-office is available.
