Investment Banking Senior Analyst/Associate - Renewable Energy

*MUST have energy transaction experience*

Thus far, they have completed 305 deals, both project-based and corporate, concerning sustainable energy resources, with a combined value of $55.1 billion.

Responsibilities: The candidate will directly engage with mid to senior-level management and provide reports to a Vice President and Director within standard deal teams they are assigned to. As a Senior Analyst/Associate, they will assume responsibility for assigned deals and oversee the work generated by Analysts or Associates. Additional duties involve involvement in financial and business due diligence, serving as the Engagement Lead for certain client accounts, participating in pre-engagement planning and execution, and contributing to the development of final deliverables.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline, with a preference for a Master's degree focusing on Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics. Successful completion of the SIE, Series 79, and 63 exams within the first four months of onboarding is required. Additionally, applicants should have at least two years of experience in strategic business consulting, valuation, or investment banking, along with a minimum of two years of experience in the renewable energy industry and project finance.
