About You

Under general supervision, your primary responsibility will be the preparation of comprehensive construction documents. These documents encompass a wide range of plans and details, including but not limited to foundation plans, framing plans, and intricate detailing.

In this collaborative role, you will work closely with our engineers and senior drafters, contributing to the completion and accuracy of these vital documents. Your input will be crucial in ensuring that our designs are fully realized and ready for construction. This position offers a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on our projects, working side by side with seasoned professionals in the field of structural engineering.

Core responsibilities include:

Tasked with executing basic drafting tasks in AutoCAD and Revit

Responsible for modeling and drafting projects under the guidance of an experienced team member.

Updating company details under the supervision of the BIM Manager.

Skills & Experience

Demonstrates proficiency in using AutoCAD for drafting and design tasks.

Shows a strong understanding and hands-on experience with Revit.

Exhibits high motivation levels and a clear passion for excellence and proactive initiative-taking.

Possesses a robust work ethic, with a commitment to getting the job done correctly on the first attempt.

Displays excellent interpersonal skills, alongside strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Functions well as a team player, but also has the capacity to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.

Offers strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail.

Software Proficiency

As a modern engineering firm, we utilize a variety of software tools to enhance our productivity and service delivery. For this role, proficiency in the following software is highly beneficial.

Revit

AutoCAD

Physical Demands
