Real Estate Associate Attorney

Real Estate Associate - San Francisco

Our client, a top AM Law 100 firm, is seeking a real estate associate to join its Real Estate practice in San Francisco, CA.

The salary range for this position is between $260,000 - $365,000, and may vary depending on a range of factors.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

3-5 experience handling complex real estate and/or corporate transactions is required

A background in mixed-use or residential development and/or hospitality is a plus but not required

Significant experience drafting, including carrying complex concepts through multiple documents.

Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills

Strong academic credentials and a JD from an accredited law school

Admission to practice in California is required
