Cornerstone Staffing is assisting a large Homeowner's Association in seeking an office coordinator/administrator. This person will have computer and typing skills, customer service skills, and be very detail-oriented to coordinate schedules and take meeting notes. HOA experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Conduct office support tasks using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, data entry, and other office equipment and software as may be provided by Employer.
Calling homeowners in the community
Facilitate property maintenance with, contacting/ talking to landscapers, arborists, electricians, plumbers, handymen, and other pertinent repair / service / construction professionals
Manage records and information (digital and hard copies) such as uploading in-bound office correspondence and inputting invoices, etc.
Assist with escrow analysis
Take notes, listen to recording, reading others’ notes, and prepare Meeting Minutes
Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, copying, mailing, purchasing, researching products / services, etc.) as assigned
**Background and drug screen required prior to start**
Rate: $24-28/DOE
Shift: M-F, 8a-5p ONSITE (no remote options)
