Litigation Paralegal

Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal for the Cleveland office of a national Insurance Defense law firm. The Paralegal will support the firm's Cleveland attorneys with a variety of litigation matters including insurance defense, transportation, medical malpractice, etc. The working hours for this position are 8:30am to 4:30pm. Duties include but aren't limited to:

Assisting with all phases of discovery including preparing requests; collecting and summarizing documents; managing voluminous document productions; and more.

Preparing, proofreading, and formatting pleadings and other legal documents

Managing electronic case files within iManage

Assisting with deposition and trial preparation including preparation of exhibits

Assisting with witness preparation for depositions and trials

Entering billable time

Qualifications:

2+ years of litigation paralegal experience

Experience in a law firm setting

Proficiency in MS Office
