Role Description
The Human Resources & Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks in support of the HR Manager and HR Director.
Assist with recruiting including job postings, offer letters, background checks, and interview scheduling, candidate engagement.
Upload and oversee employee files in HRIS
Administrative tasks in support of benefits and leaves including paperwork and processing within HRIS
Provide support for new employees such as onboarding and acting as POC; fielding questions and concerns for new hires
Process paperwork for terminations and offboarding
Administrative tasks, providing support for executives as needed
Qualifications
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources (in a previous HR Assistant or Coordinator role)
Strong foundational HR knowledge
Impeccable and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience and/or ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
Experience using an HRIS, (Paycom experience is a plus!)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
HR certification is a plus!
