Position Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Strategy the Operations Associate, Strategic Partnership Alliance supports member engagement across the Strategic Partnership Alliance (SPA) team. SPA works to diligence opportunities for Health Systems to come together to solve some of healthcare’s thorniest problems. Through market analysis, investment-oriented research, and a collaborative approach, the SPA team has demonstrated its ability to spur collaboration, co-investment opportunities and joint ventures among more than 20 of the nation’s leading health systems.

Primary Job Duties:

Support team operations:

Support and strategize around overall team operations and processes to continuously improve efficiency

Ensure team completes and progresses against weekly / monthly work planning

Own knowledge management across SPA projects, including any intersections with broader THMA work

Lead operational prep for recurring milestones, including annual meeting with executive members and healthcare investors / companies

Lead coordination around executive members:

Schedule monthly and ad hoc interactions to align executives around investment opportunities and deal thesis work

Own meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and manage tasks / next steps

Create and disseminate materials (e.g., monthly update emails and decks) for internal and external executive stakeholders

Guide member health

Maintain member list, including contacts and understanding of overall sentiment

Research accounts for relevant information to support the membership

Ensure account documents, contacts and activities are updated in Salesforce in an accurate and timely manner, pulling reports as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

1+ years’ experience supporting senior level team members

Knowledge of healthcare industry strongly preferred

Salesforce experience preferred

Demonstrated proficiency in composing written communications.

Compensation:

Pay starting from $65,000 and up per year plus benefits.
