Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Closer/Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the aesthetics industry. As a Closer/Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their journey at our medical spa, from the initial consultation to the completion of treatments. Your primary goal will be to educate clients about our services, understand their needs and concerns, and ultimately close sales by recommending appropriate treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

Conduct consultations with clients to assess their skincare concerns and aesthetic goals.

Educate clients about our services, products, and treatment options.

Develop customized treatment plans based on clients' individual needs and budgets.

Provide accurate pricing information and answer any questions or concerns clients may have.

Close sales by effectively communicating the value of our services and overcoming objections.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the aesthetics or beauty industry.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of skincare treatments, cosmetic procedures, and medical spa services.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Previous experience working in a medical spa or similar environment is a plus.
